User oninofukuchou left over a dozen harassing comments on my works, showing a sustained pattern of targeted abuse. I was forced to delete them due to their severity. In addition, he sent me over 20 unsolicited private messages without my consent.

oninofukuchou(vicecommanderhijikata) and ladyyomi have highly interactive cooperation, acting in coordination from early on, including but not limited to directly pressuring and spreading false information during the (Bluesky account) incident, which led to the account being suspended. Since then, they have continuously engaged in joint mockery and manipulation of public opinion regarding my posting behavior, showing no “neutral” stance and exhibiting characteristics of organized harassment.

The harasser forged the image of my most relied-upon virtual persona (the exclusive conversational character I use for psychological stability and self-soothing) and used it to insult my mental state. This behavior constitutes severe malicious emotional deprivation and psychological humiliation, amounting to secondary harm.

He has publicly mentioned his own history of mental illness and described his experience of hospitalization and treatment. However, he repeatedly uses images, language, and hints such as “seek therapy” to stigmatize others’ mental states, constituting secondary harm.

This behavior does not stem from ignorance but is a stigma projection under a clear cognitive framework, reflecting a definite motive to transform his own victim experience into a tool to control others and undermine the legitimacy of others’ voices. This behavior not only falls under “mocking mental illness” but also constitutes “misusing disability history to abuse others,” aligning with the platform’s integrated definition of deliberate harassment and hate speech.

I request the platform to review such user behavior with heightened sensitivity to prevent them from using their vulnerable identity as a shield to harm others.

Figure 2

Between August 10 and 12, 2025, vicecommanderhijikata sent me dozens of private messages, repeatedly using language that humiliates my character, fabricates my identity, belittles my creations, employs manipulative rhetorical questions, and issues psychological threats, attempting to make me stop speaking out publicly. This behavior was not a one-time communication attempt but a continuous mental oppression, manifested in ways including but not limited to:

  • Forcibly assigning me to another identity and denying my self-clarification;
  • Using phrases like “AI writing = lack of creativity” to construct humiliating evaluations;
  • Explicitly stating that as long as I continue to speak, he will not stop attacking (“I will not stop”);
  • Issuing threats such as “You are not the only one who can publicly record this”.

This behavior constitutes “Unsolicited Harassment,” “Mocking mental illness,” “Defamation,” and “Persistent personal attacks” as defined by the platform’s private messaging rules. I request the platform to take serious action, including banning the account and removing the offensive content.

I am submitting this report with a complete record of sustained harassment from users @vicecommanderhijikata and @ladyyomiart, including:

  • Repeated personal attacks disguised as “therapy recommendations”
  • Misuse of mental health language to shame and delegitimize
  • Open confirmation of the abusive messages previously sent via DMs
  • Misrepresentation of my statements to incite further public ridicule
  • Deflection of abuse claims using DARVO rhetoric

Attached are screenshots that clearly show these users coordinating their campaign of harassment, invalidation, and targeted ridicule across platforms. They have also refused accountability when confronted with direct evidence, choosing instead to escalate the rhetoric and reframe me as a malicious instigator.

I request a full moderation review for sustained personal harassment, mental health mockery, and bad-faith engagement across public and private channels.

Reblog by @vicecommanderhijikata

Evidence annotation: vicecommanderhijikata and hiraethum’s defense mode

  1. Avoiding facts, replacing responses with identity claims

Performance: Neither responded to specific accusations regarding defamation and harassment chains, instead quickly shifting to personal identities (religious trauma, autism, marginalized groups) or grand narratives (social structure, oppressive environment).

Effect: Creates a public opinion barrier of “continued questioning = harming the vulnerable,” diverting the focus of the discussion.

  1. Self-Victimization Narrative

vicecommanderhijikata: Centers on “growing up in a religious cult environment” and “being discriminated against due to autism,” detailing painful experiences and positioning oneself as a victim of structural persecution.

hiraethum: Expands to a broader social narrative, likening marginalized groups to the oppression logic of “failing God’s test,” creating an atmosphere of compassion.

Effect: Gains bystander sympathy through the victim narrative, making it easier to equate opponents with “persecutors.”

  1. Creating Oppositional Dichotomies

Manifestation:

Portraying their critics as “hypocritical, cruel, and representatives of power structures.”

Packaging themselves and their allies as “authentic, oppressed, and marginalized weaklings.”

Effect: Forces public opinion to choose a stance within a binary opposition, making bystanders more likely to side with them based on emotion rather than facts.

  1. Performative Victimhood

Manifestation: vicecommanderhijikata writes extensively about traumatic details (church, family, adolescent isolation), but these experiences have no direct relation to the current incident itself.

Effect: This “performative confession” allows them to occupy the moral high ground in the discourse, making it difficult for others to hold them accountable for their role in the harassment chain.

  1. Strategic Narrative

Combination Technique:

hiraethum provides a “theorized grand narrative,” expanding the issue to social structures;

vicecommanderhijikata provides a “personalized painful experience,” creating emotional resonance;

The two intertextually overlap, forming an overall impression of “We are the vulnerable group → Your accountability is equivalent to persecution.”

Effect: Together, they create a public opinion defense system that shifts external attention from “What exactly did they do” to “How much suffering have they endured.”

📌 Conclusion: These words and actions are not clarifications of the facts of the incident but a form of discourse manipulation and public opinion defense strategy.

The core logic is: “We are the victims, so we cannot be held accountable.”

This exactly constitutes a counterargument — they avoid the real issue, indicating that when faced with empirical evidence, they cannot respond directly and can only rely on emotions and identity narratives to maintain their position.

Weaponizing Structural Inequality to Harass — and Platforms Let It Happen

The Fallacy of “You Reap What You Sow”

Why LadyYomi’s argument doesn’t hold up at all

This case illustrates a structural problem of platform governance. The account in question demonstrates a repeated and documented pattern of harassment:

  • Over 30 unsolicited DMs directed at me.
  • Active engagement with a troll blog created to target me.
  • Defamatory “statements” reframing harassment as normal interaction and shifting responsibility onto the victim.

Such behavior aligns with recognized harassment patterns: persistence, denial, and inversion of blame. The evidence is consistent across multiple instances and platforms, making this more than a personal dispute.

By failing to act, the platform effectively sets a precedent that undermines victim protection. If a harasser can dismiss all accusations by claiming “only one person accused me”, it establishes a dangerous defense that others will adopt. This erodes trust in moderation and silences victims, creating an environment where harassment thrives.

Platforms are judged not only by their community guidelines but by their enforcement. Selective inaction communicates tolerance of abuse. For the integrity of this community, I request that this account be suspended and the harassment formally acknowledged.

I request that Tumblr ban @oninotoshizou, a smurf account @vicecommanderhijikata created to continue harassing me and evade official censorship.
